Push Press 250 lbs x 3 singles, 225 lbs 3 x 3

Bench Press 205 lbs 4 x 4

Lat Pull Downs 5 x 8

Barbell Rows 225 lbs x 5, 235 lbs x 5, 250 lbs x 15

This session improved as it went along. Starting out I was aiming for triples at 250, but my lower back was having none of that after deadlifting yesterday. Benching is forever going to be a long slog. Rowing was pretty solid though.
