Snatch Grip Deadlift 135 lbs x 5, 225 lbs x 5, 315 lbs x 3, 405 lbs x 1

Deadlift 

               Conventional  405 lbs 4 x 4 beltless, 455 lbs x 2, 495 lbs x 2

                                      405 lbs x 9 strapped

                DOH Speed Pulls 355 lbs x 6 reps total

Pretty decent session pulling. Also got to meet another guy that trains for strongman, looking forward to start doing more event training.
