Bench Press 205 lbs 5 x 5

Bench Press w/ feet up 155 lbs 3 x 6

Barbell Rows 255 lbs x 10, 10, 10, 13

Hammer Curls 32.5 lbers x 15, 8, 8

This week was a little wonky, missed a couple training sessions. Hopefully I’ll still be on track though for the meet at the end of March.
