Bench Press 225 lbs 3 x 3, 245 lbs x 1, 185 lbs x 10 CG

Chest Supported Rows 110 lbs 4 x 8

Lat Pull Downs 4 x 6

Axle Continental & Press worked up to a miss at 90 kg + axle

Benching today felt halfway decent, which was nice after the total squatting shit show of last session. I also got to lift with the other guy who trains for strongman, and played around with an axle for the first time. It was a lot of fun.
