Bench Press 215 lbs x 5, 5, 4, 1

Axle Press, first rep strict 75 kg x 3, 5, 7

Overall, not a great session. On my last rep of my last set benching my right shoulder slipped and I had to ditch the bar. That always sucks, and was embarrassing. Oh well, so it goes.
