High Bar Squat 315 lbs x 5, 350 lbs 5 x 3
Bench Press 225 lbs 2 x 2, 135 lbs x 15, 10, 5 legs up w/ pause
I did lift on Sunday, however that session went terribly and I didn’t record it. In general the last week or so has been lousy, but today seemed to go okay. My increased deadlifting volume has had an unexpected effect on squatting in that my hips are extremely tight and trying to squat powerlifting style is extremely uncomfortable. I can squat weightlifting style though, so that’s what I’ll do.
