DB Hammer Curls 30 lbers x 15, 35 lbers x 12, 40 lbers x 10
Face Pulls 3 x 15
Benching today went okay, some reps felt pretty solid, others not so much. After finishing up though both my right elbow and shoulder were feeling really lousy. So everything after benching was just to try and get those joints into better shape.
