Incline Press 185 lbs 4 x 6

Farmer’s Walks

          125 lbs 100 feet w/ turn at 50 feet

          175 lbs 50 feet x 2

          215 lbs 50 feet x 2 w/ straps

Squatting continues to be a challenge, as today the hip pain returned. I wound up just working up in singles. Beyond that, I did some moving events for the first time in over a year. Felt good, though my grip leaves a lot to be desired and my speed was nothing special either.
