Bench Press 215 lbs 5 x 4

Snatch Grip Press 95 lbs 3 x 10

Barbell Rows 275 lbs x 8, 8, 12

Dumbbell Flies 40 lber 3 x 5

Second decent benching session in a row. Hopefully all this will pay off in the end. Once again accessory work was aimed at either building the bench or rehabbing my elbows and shoulders.
