Bench Press 235 lbs 3 x 3, 155 lbs 3 x 8 w/ feet up

Push Press 225 lbs x 3, 3, 4

Chest Supported Rows 115 lbs 4 x 8

Pull Ups x 6, 3

Pretty good session. Benching is feeling more solid, and it felt good to put some weight overhead as well. The only lousy-ness occurred at the very end when I was just bushed and couldn’t decently do pull ups. Oh well, so it goes.
