Bench Press 250 lbs x 1, 240 lbs 4 x 2

Press 165 lbs 4 x 4

Lat Pull Downs 4 x 8

Dumbbell Hammer Curls 25 lbers x 20, 10, 10, 10

I’d hit 250 before, but today it felt a lot faster and more stable. I think I could probably hit 260, maybe 265 at the moment. Hopefully I can add another 10 or 20 lbs to that in the next 6 weeks. Everything else was pretty standard stuff to keep my shoulders, upper back, and elbows strong and healthy.
