Snatch Grip Deadlift warm up to 405 lb single

Deadlift 

               Conventional  405 lbs 4 x 4 beltless,

                                             460 lbs x 2,

                                           515 lbs x 2

                                          405 lbs x 11 strapped

               DOH Speed Pull 405 lbs x 1, 415 lbs x 1

Today was a good day. This week got crazy so I what I was supposed to do Wednesday got shifted to Friday, but that turned out to be for the best. The extra recovery days were good, as 515 lbs came up for a fast smooth double, where a week a go I could only manage a super grindy single. Additionally, I hit a >2BW DOH pull, which makes me very happy as well.
