Stone to 52″ 240 lbs x 5

Dumbbell Hammer Curls  25 lbs x 50 reps each arm

Pretty solid pressing followed by the first time I’ve touched an atlas stone in about 20 months. Overall I’m pretty pleased with today’s training.
